Chocolate Volcano Cake
Ingredients140 grams dark chocolate (melted)
160 gram butter, diced 3 eggs 60 grams caster sugar 20 g plain flour 2T whipped cream |
Recipe1. Preheat oven to 200 c
2. Grease baking dishes (ramekins or soufflé dishes) 3. Whisk eggs and sugar together until thick and pale 4. Fold in melted chocolate mixture 5. Fold in flour 6. Pour into dishes 7. Bake for 10 minutes 8. Serve with whipped cream |
